We Dome Co.,Ltd(Representative: Hayashi Minoru, Location: Kyoto/Japan) announce that we have formed a have formed a partnership with the I.DE.A INSTITUTE S.P.A. (Representative: Mr. Franco Mantegazza, Location: Moncalieri/Italy) . In this partnership we shall combine our technology, facilities and experience to make cars to suit the coming 21st century. With global reorganization of motor industry going on around us, Dome and I.DE.A had been doing business in their separate ways, although both companies were in very good terms with each other. By combining our efforts in developing new vehicles for the motor industry we believe we can bring forth even newer ideas, designs and technology. For the motor industry based in Japan, Dome will act to lower the geolgical, logistic and economic risks for introducing european designs that I.DE.A can produce and therefore easier to make prototypes aimed towards the european market. We also believe in our ability to bridge the difference in styling and design sense to produce a prototype that can satisfy the most demanding client. I.DE.A will take advantage of Dome's aerodynamic and composite technology to use for it's international strategy. In Japanese market I.DE.A will use Dome's knowhow it has aquired doing business with various companies.
