Entrusted again by M-TEC Co., Ltd., Dome will
participate in the Japanese Formula 3 Championship, to handle
the management of the M-TEC team and the maintenance of the
chassis of the Dome F107, the team’s entry machine.
Dome does develop F3 chassis, but the purpose of Honda’s participation
in the F3 races is to develop new drivers. The participation
of the team in the F3 races therefore involves contradictory
elements, making team management difficult. However, following
the directions of Team Manager Hiromu Tanaka, who is an excellent
manager, Dome intends to carry out the work of team management,
noting that the main purpose of participation in the races is
driver training, but keeping chassis development in mind, hoping
that the two purposes will produce synergistic effects.
